Nitric Oxide release/flux from NO-donor compounds
Measuring Nitric Oxide emissions/flux from NO-donor compounds using ECO PHYSICS' Chemiluminescence nCLD series NO analyzers
NO-donor compounds are chemicals that generate NO through mechanisms that are independent of enzymatic action of NOS. Measuring the NO release accurately, developing release profiles and studying kinetics of the reaction resulting in NO release is of extreme importance in studying NO-donor compounds. A highly sensitive, precise and fast response NO analyzer is required that can measure NO release for long periods of time. Additionally, the NO analyzer needs to be fast response so it can capture and report any small change in NO concentrations in real time.
ECO PHYSICS nCLD analyzer series is a continuous flow system based on the “gold standard” Chemiluminescence detection. ECO PHYSICS analyzers are ideal for this application as they offer the accuracy, precision, sensitivity and response time needed for this type of measurement.
